BY USING LAPTOPTRADEREXPRESS.COM, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. THESE CONDITIONS MAY BE UPDATED AT ANY TIME AND TAKE EFFECT IMMEDIATELY UPON BEING POSTED. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE SITE IS UNDERSTOOD AS YOUR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF ALL CURRENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

General

• LaptopTraderExpress.com (operated by LaptopMate LLC, Reno, NV) reserves the right to terminate or suspend your use of our site and services if any portion of these terms are violated, or for any other reason at our discretion.
• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use our site and services.
• You are the legal owner of any device sold to us or brought in for repair, or you have written consent from the owner.

Repair Services

• All repair work is performed at our facility at 5460 Louie Ln, Reno, NV 89511.
• Our standard labor rate is $89/hr plus the cost of any replacement parts. You will receive a clear estimate before any work begins.
• Repairs are authorized only after the customer approves the quoted estimate. We will not perform work beyond the scope agreed upon without your consent.
• While we make every effort to diagnose accurately, some issues may only become apparent during the repair process. If additional work is needed, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.
• LaptopMate LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, data loss, or issues unrelated to the approved repair. Back up your data before bringing in your device.
• Devices left for more than 30 days after notification of completion, without customer response, may be considered abandoned and disposed of at our discretion.
• We service Reno, Sparks, Carson City, and the surrounding northern Nevada area. On-site service availability and pricing vary by location.

Device Buyback

• Device is not leased by any person, company, or entity.
• Device must have valid and visible serial/IMEI number for verification. Devices without identifiable serial numbers may be subject to return.
• LaptopTraderExpress.com may request documentation or proof of ownership at any time during the transaction.
• Any device sold to us must be authentic and legitimate. Counterfeit devices will not be accepted and may be turned over to the proper authorities.
• Device must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Valuation and Acceptance

• LaptopTraderExpress.com will, at its sole discretion, determine which devices are eligible for purchase, recycling, or donation, and which are rejected and returned.
• If your device is in a different condition than described, we will contact you with an updated offer. You may accept or decline and request return of your device.
• If we do not receive a response to our updated offer within thirty (30) days, your device may be recycled, donated, or discarded.
• Amount initially offered is valid for fourteen (14) days from the date generated. Devices received after the 14-day window may be repriced.

Inspection and Price Adjustments

• Upon receipt, we perform a thorough inspection: functionality, condition, make, model, capacity, ESN/IMEI status, and accuracy of the description provided.
• All accounts (iCloud, Google, Samsung, Microsoft, etc.) must be removed before payment can be made.
• Any device found to have undisclosed water damage, missing parts, or internal damage may receive an adjusted offer.
• Device owner has 7 days to respond to an updated offer. If neither accepted nor rejected after 7 days, the updated offer is automatically accepted.

Payments

• We notify you by email when your device has been received and inspected.
• Same business day payment is our standard for qualifying devices delivered before 10 AM and accurately described.
• We offer multiple payment methods: PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, Apple Pay, check, and more.
• We are not responsible for fees imposed by third-party payment processors.

Shipping

• Your device must be received within 14 days to qualify for the initial quoted price.
• You are responsible for packaging your device safely. Neither LaptopTraderExpress.com nor any carrier is liable for items damaged or lost during shipping.
• Free Shipping (Continental USA): Prepaid UPS label provided at no cost.
• Alaska & Hawaii: Ship at your own cost using any carrier.
• Canada: Ship at your own cost — we reimburse $25 for one device or $35 for two or more.
• Local Drop-Off: You may drop off your device in person at 5460 Louie Ln, Reno NV 89511 during business hours (Mon–Fri 9AM–4PM).

Transfer of Ownership

• Acceptance of an offer is binding and final. You may not reverse your decision after payment has been made.
• Once device inspection has begun, we are unable to return your device or data.
• If a device is reported lost or stolen, or has an insurance claim filed against it, payment may be contested and returned.

Data Removal

• It is your responsibility to remove all personal data from any device sold to or left with LaptopTraderExpress.com. We are not responsible for any data or information remaining on your device.
• While our standard practice is to wipe all data, some device conditions may prevent complete removal.

Limited Liability

In no event shall LaptopTraderExpress.com (LaptopMate LLC) or its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, or contractors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, compensatory, or punitive damages, loss of data, income or revenue, loss of or damage to property, or any other claims by you or any third parties with respect to your transaction with LaptopTraderExpress.com.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States of America.
